The Lincoln Police Department will give you a $40 ticket for parking within 15 feet of a fire hydrant.

UNL will give you a $30 parking ticket for parking in the visitor's lot, even if you pay the parking meter, and even if they refuse to let you buy a real parking pass.

I'm just sayin'.
